Property Surveys
Over time the original markers for the locations of property corners get destroyed. We are often asked to provide services to re-mark and re-establish property corners.
Telecommunication Site Surveys
Broadcast towers (radio, telephone, television, etc.) need to be surveyed and mapped per FAA requirements for geodetic position and elevation. Our high precision GPS and reflectorless measuring capabilities allow us to provide the required accuracies needed for this type of survey.
Easement Acquisition
Easements of one kind or another are found on almost all properties. We provide survey services that include locating existing easements or providing the necessary survey related documents required to create a new easement.
Flood Elevation Certificate (FEMA)
FEMA has changed the locations of possible flood hazard areas in many places across the country. This usually triggers a letter from the lender to the homeowner to provide flood insurance since now they are at risk. Verifying the elevations around and including your structure can help reduce costs for insurance.
