Sierra West Land Surveying, Inc. was incorporated in Stanislaus County, State of California early in 2003. We are located in Oakdale at the foot of the Sierra Mountain range.

Early on, our established goals were to provide our clients with the best service possible and to maintain a high order of accuracy in our work while keeping costs competitive. The primary objective of our firm is to build positive working relationships with each of our clients. These relationships are built on three cornerstones: Experience, Quality and Integrity. Our commitment to our clients is above all, our main reason for our success. While we are yet a small firm we are continually expanding our resources and capabilities so that we may continue to bring our clients the quality service they expect. We also utilize current technology in the field and in the office and continue to expand in this area.

We are currently situated in the central valley where expansion of new development is as never before. We are positive in our approach to projects of all sizes and look forward to the many opportunities our location will provide. We provide surveying services for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo, Tuolumne, Sonora, Calaveras, Sacramento and Merced counties. In addition, we have recently provided surveying services in Tulare and Monterey County. Our geographical area of coverage is extensive and covers most of the central valley and bay area. About the Owner:
The president of Sierra West Land Surveying, Inc. is Bradley A. Bilbo P.L.S. 6141, a licensed professional surveyor in the State of California. Brad has over 25 years of experience in land surveying in California. A large part of his background has been working for engineering firms in the Bay Area where he managed survey departments and managed the larger and more complex projects. These projects included major and minor subdivisions, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, aerial photogrammetric control, environmental surveys and construction staking. Brad also has extensive experience in right-of-way acquisition projects, major undergound utility relocation projects and high rise building construction. His experience on these projects not only includes the technical aspects of the survey and mapping but also includes experience in application processing with various state, county and local agencies. His responsibilities included project management of various survey projects including scheduling, budget tracking, supervision of crews, and coordination of office and field efforts. In addition, he has been responsible for negotiation and administration of contracts, review of all record documents before submittal, project progress reports, project finalization and client contact through the completion of projects. All work at Sierra West Land Surveying, Inc. is performed under the direction of Brad. He is intimately aware of the status of all projects and is ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all client deliverables.
