The process for condominium mapping includes a boundary survey, locations and heights of existing structures, parking areas, easements and interior unit spaces. This site was an existing 78 unit apartment complex within three seperate buildings. Our firm provided all the survey services and mapping services required to prepare the Condominium Plans.
We prepared the boundary survey utilizing standard field techniques integrated with record information. After we mapped the exterior lines of all structures we then proceeded to map the interior air-spaces of all units, hallways, patios, balconies and common use areas.
The condominium plan shows the survey information and defines the location of the proposed condominium units and relates those locations to the property boundary line.
Additional mapping was required for this project to define parking structures and common use areas that contained heating and air conditioning equipment and ducting.
