The State of California requires a set of Condominium Plans that essentially map the interior airspace of the Condominium Unit.  Condominium airspace is regarded as a subdivision of real property and typical subdivision rules apply. The process involves typical subdivision mapping of the existing parcel or lots into condominium parcels and preparation of Condominium Plans that will become exhibits to the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions document prepared by an attorney. This document as well as the Home Owners Association documents are submitted to the State of California Department of Real Estate for approval and eventual recordation. 

Condominium mapping services are provided for new projects or for existing sites that need to be converted to condominiums. Our services include preparation of tentative maps and final maps for the parcels and also includes preparation of the Condominium Plans for inclusion with the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions document.

We work closely with the owner, developer and attorney to identify and map areas of common ownership, easements, unit lines and restricted areas.
